We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.
Exchanges: All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 3 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES.
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of “Bloom Raw Bundles”, because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions!

*Shampoo your bundles at least once a week
*Use a shampoo that's no higher than pH7
*Do NOT massage bundlesRinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
*Apply conditioner and comb through bundles with a wide tooth comb starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp
*Rinse bundles thoroughlyLet the bundles air dry
*DAILY MAINTENANCE: Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
*For wavy & curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
*For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner and water
*To dampen the bundle hair, please use with a water bottleScrunch up hair gently to reform curls
